               Tournament Day Information
All players are required to submit a signed liability waiver (see below) to participate
All players will be required to show proof of age (copy of birth certificate, outdoor player card, etc.)
All coaches are required to submit a signed Coaches Conduct sheet (see below) to participate
All parents are required to submit a signed Parent Conduct sheet (see below)
