GENERAL INFO FOR MANAGERS

Please provide us with your first game or tournament date.
Orders can not be processed until entire team has been sized.
Balance must be paid in full at time of order pick up.
Additional items are available at team discount prices (i.e. bags, warm-ups, training aids, etc.)
A complete team roster (including phone #'s) is required from your team.
A deposit of $750.00 is required to secure your uniform order (10 or more players on order only).
A deposit of $750.00 is required to secure your warmup/accessory order (10 or more players on order only).
A valid email contact must be provided for your team.
Upon receipt of your team roster and contact info, you will be contacted with the try on dates for your team.
